SAPOptimize is a web-based tool that analyses SAP user export files to identify inactive accounts, unused authorizations, redundant roles, and license optimization opportunities. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only.

You are authorized by your organization to export and share the SAP data you upload.
You use the Service for lawful business purposes only.
You do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.

The analysis results are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional SAP licensing advice. We make no warranty that the results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always validate recommendations with your SAP licensing team or an SAP partner before taking action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAPOptimize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on analysis results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which SAPOptimize operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
